“I worked with Jaime on both the buy and sell side. It was my third buy (first with Jaime) and first sale so I was a pro in someways and a newbie in others. I’m also really busy and don’t have time to angst over ton of details. Jaime was able to get under contract on the buy side on a place that I didn’t have to compromised anything on my wish list – all within budget. She negotiated a significant credit after inspection as well. On the sale side, I was very nervous about selling in this market, but despite that, she was able to get me under contract in 5 days for well over the list price. The sale, which I was terrified would be scary and tedious, has been a breeze and exactly what I needed to simplify my life.
