“I worked with Jaime on both the buy and sell side. It was my third buy (first with Jaime) and first sale so I was a pro in someways and a newbie in others. I’m also really busy and don’t have time to angst over ton of details. Jaime was able to get under contract on the buy side on a place that I didn’t have to compromised anything on my wish list – all within budget. She negotiated a significant credit after inspection as well. On the sale side, I was very nervous about selling in this market, but despite that, she was able to get me under contract in 5 days for well over the list price. The sale, which I was terrified would be scary and tedious, has been a breeze and exactly what I needed to simplify my life. Jaime took care of all the little issues that popped up and only involved me where she needed to. She even waited at the new house and breathed down the electrician’s neck to ensure the work was done by closing[…] I would recommend Jaime always and she will hustle for you!”
